Day 1

Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to a tourist class hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Leave for Maasai Mara through the Great Rift Valley after breakfast and arrive in time for lunch. Proceed on a game drive later in the afternoon, returning to the Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Full day game drive tracking wildlife including, lions and other members of the Big5, zebras, giraffes, antelopes and stop by the Mara River to view hippos and crocodiles. This is also the crossing area for the wildebeest migration (July-September). Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

Day 4

Visit Kamken Boma to experience the Masai culture first hand accompanied by your guide. This will include routine like grazing cattle, milking, playing games with kids, tasting their drinks, traditional music and dancing. Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

Day 5

Depart for Lake Nakuru after breakfast, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive and bird viewing at the lake which is home to more than 400 species .. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

Day 6

Depart for Treetops Hotel this is a tree hotel where the queen of England went up a princess one evening in 1952 and came down a queen the following morning.
Dinner and overnight at the Treeops Hotel.

Day 7

Leave for Samburu game reserve famous for its reticulated giraffes, beisa oryxs, gravy’s zebra, Somalia ostrich and many leopards. Check in at Simba Lodge in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive till dusk. Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

Day 8

Early morning game drive before breakfast.
Visit a Samburu Cultural Village after breakfast and experience their daily routine and learn about their culture and history. Dinner and overnight

Day 9

Leave for Loyalngalan Lake Turkana with packed lunch after early breakfast.
Check into a camp for an overnight stay.

Day 10

Visit local village and go sailing and fishing on Lake Turkana commonly referred to as cradle for mankind. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11

You will drive to Nyeri County to stay and interact with Kenya’s most populace tribe. 2 nights stay with a local family and visit various cultural and historical sites including the Mau Mau Freedom Fighters hide out. Other activities will include light activities on maize, beans, coffee and tea farms.

Day 12

Leave for Nairobi in the morning and spend the rest of the day shopping for souvenirs before transferring to the airport for the flight home.
